We believe that the combination of educational experience and cultural involvement for our young Russians provides a critical assist to them in bringing a global outlook to our country's future. The broad intercultural knowledge, which they can gain from our programs abroad, is as important as their class work for the understanding of Western methods and helping generate solutions to our business and political challenges. There is a great need for the young Russians with fresh ideas and solid understanding of Western economic and business practices who can bring this back home to create a new Russia.

Our young students also contribute to the countries, mentioned above, by helping people there learn about this huge country, which is important to them and to the world.

PARTA International Contact Centre has been involved in education abroad since 1991. During that time, we have established sound, long-term relations with foreign partners in Europe, North America, Australia and New Zealand.
